Booking
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 2 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, or failing to show up, will incur a 100% charge of the service cost. In these cases, we reserve the right to apply the necessary fees and may offer your appointment slot to another client.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice to our clinic, we may cancel your appointment and charge the full service fee. If you arrive late or have not completed necessary forms before your treatment, we will do our best to provide the full service. However, if that is not possible, you will still be billed for the full amount of your original booking.
Coming to the Clinic
Check-In
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. Our friendly staff will confirm your appointment, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with any required paperwork.
Preparation
Once checked in, you’ll be guided to our relaxation area or directly to your treatment room. If needed, you’ll be provided with a robe and slippers. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss any specific preferences or concerns with your therapist.
Post-Treatment
After your massage, take a few moments to relax and rehydrate. Our staff will be available to assist with any follow-up appointments, payments, or additional inquiries.
Health Information
If it’s your first visit or if there have been changes to your health since your last appointment, please inform our staff. This ensures that your therapist is aware of any specific needs or conditions.
Relax and Enjoy
Your therapist will explain the process and ensure you are comfortable before the session begins. Feel free to communicate your comfort level at any time during the treatment.
Direct Billing
For your convenience, we offer direct billing with the following insurance companies. Please note that the approval of your claim depends on the specifics of your individual insurance policy. If a claim is denied, payment for the treatment will be required at the time of service.
Our direct billing service applies only to your primary insurance coverage. If you have secondary insurance, you will need to submit those claims independently. To assist you, we will email you an invoice after each treatment, which you can submit to your secondary insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Payment
We accept payments via cash, e-transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. Your Registered Massage Therapist will provide an official receipt, which you can use for your benefits claim or tax purposes.
